In about a decade or so ago, People Mag had featured on Gallaudet University. The past issue was about women on main campus who reported being victimized of rape. That didn't stirred up as much as I would expect. The matter was handled over to SBG judicial board. They, however decided not to give consequences on those accusers. And, that would be damaging enough when it wasn't brought an attention to the law enforcement agency to take over this matter. It was pretty much of a taboo at the time. The law requires that all college and universities to report incidences so they can put into a database for those parents and prospective students to see the stats on such crimes.
